An equipment related issue took our Bloomberg feed offline from Friday 4/9 at 23:00ET to Monday 4/12 at 14:00ET. We were unable to detect commercials during this timeframe. We apologize for the inconvenience.

System Status – 4/1/21
4/1/21 – 12:42PM EDT. It’s no April fools joke. We pushed a new build of AdSphere this AM with a focus on fixing a lot of small issues. Apparently, the new build caused an issue with airing detail reports that are stuck at 0%. We are reverting back to the prior build to buy team some time to figure out the issue. The reports should start to progress momentarily.
System Status – 3/31/21
ETL was taken offline early this morning around 5AM EDT to rebuild as part of our quarterly update and should be caught up in the next 2-3 hours. As a result, orders for the first part of the day are delayed getting into AdSphere and AVS. We apologize for the inconvenience.
System Status – 3/27/21
We regret to inform that at 22:15:45 ET on Friday, March 26th, our ETL was taken offline to perform some system maintenance and was not properly restarted. The issue was discovered Saturday morning. The ETL is back online and will be catching up today.
As a result of the ETL being offline, airings will be coming into AdSphere and AVS slower than normal. No airings have been lost only delayed. AVS files automatically generated for Friday 3/26 will be missing data after 22:15:45 ET due to the issue. We expect the system will catch up Saturday and things will be back to normal by end of day.

The contact data on Advertiser Pages is offline this morning and/or showing incomplete results. We are aware of this problem and will have a fix for it soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Update 12pm EST – This issue has been resolved and was a result of a Cron job that didn’t complete properly. We are asking the development team to create a fail safe so this can’t happen again.

Extreme Weather in Texas caused three of the Fox Cable Networks to go out of service from 1:30AM to 10:30AM EST today. Service has since been restored. Stay warm and safe out there!

What’s with the new email authentication?
We apologize for the inconvenience but we’ve had some issues related to unauthorized access to AdSphere. This can occur when someone changes employment and their Adsphere account is not deactivated by their employer. This has allowed some individuals to continue accessing Adsphere. We would invite all of our clients to occasionally audit their AdSphere users and deactivate non-employees.
When someone leaves a company, it is common for them to lose access to their corporate email address. So, as a catch all, we are asking for users to authenticate one time via email every six months.
We realize the some clients may have email delivery issues related to spam services blocking emails from drmetrix.com. That said, it’s important for these issues to be resolved by unblocking emails from drmetrix.com. This will also allow users to take full advantage of various features of AdSphere that rely on the ability to push reports to users via email. If you are having trouble receiving drmetrix.com emails, please check your local spam folder first. If you can’t locate our emails in your spam folder, then please ask your company email administrator to “white list” all emails coming from drmetrix.com. This way, none of your company users will be inconvenienced and everyone will be able to receive AdSphere tracking & alert emails as well as other automated email reports.
