Apparently there was nothing wrong with our firewalls or equipment yesterday. We had another issue overnight and our ISP escalated and discovered that what had looked like a possible firewall problem was actually a problem outside of our infrastructure on the Level 3 cloud where traffic from our IPs was being impacted. Level 3 which is a major company providing internet connectivity. It’s good to know it wasn’t our infrastructure and apparently Level 3 resolved the issue in the early AM today. Everything seems back to normal.
