Monday Update – 9/11/17

On Friday, DRMetrix released a new build with Global Search and Advertiser pages.  Later in the day, several users reported that upon login that the system would freeze with a strange message. Our technical team believes they found and fixed the issue over the weekend.  If the issue persists, our recommendation is to clear your browser cache and try again.  I found this handy article online that shows the steps for clearing your browser cache for all different types of browsers:   (We recommend for the best experience to use Google Chrome with AdSphere).

We spoke to a user early this morning who had reported the problem on Friday.  They reported being able to login without incident and without having to clear their cache.
