Yesterday, we discovered that a service outage had taken place back on 7/30/17. This outage affected a single server that monitors the following eight networks:
This issue resulted in a loss of airing detections on these networks from 7/30/17 at 8:00AM EST thru 8/2/17 at 11:30AM EST. While DRMetrix has numerous safeguards in place to prevent this type of outage, those safeguards failed in this particular case. We have determined the root cause and have taken additional steps to avoid a recurrence.
As a valued customer, we know you rely on the accuracy of data in our AdSphere system and we strive to provide the highest services levels possible. We also wish to be fully transparent and acknowledge when situations like this occur. Since our systems became operational nearly three years ago, this is the first time we’ve had a situation like this occur.
